30,000th water-saving product installed

This week ZapCarbon reached a new milestone with the installation of the 30,000th water-saving product for Thames Water.

Over the last 3 years ZapCarbon’s team of trained installers have visited over 13,000 homes in the London region, fitting a variety of devices to save water.

Thames Water commented: “We are delighted with the service ZapCarbon has provided”.

“They have achieved the highest installation rates of any of our providers. Their customer service is excellent, both with us and with the residents themselves. From our end, the whole logistics process has been very easy”.

Thanks to the programme, we are achieving water savings of 950,000 litres / day.

“To be saving nearly one thousand Tonnes of water each day is incredible” said ZapCarbon’s Dale Holroyd. “We’re helping residents reduce their bills – and helping the world make better use of this precious resource”.

Over the coming year, ZapCarbon will continue to visit thousands of more homes.
