Their message is two-fold:
Firstly climate change is big and serious - and please don't try to pull the wool over our eyes on it - we know the score.
Secondly though, it is not necessarily the overarching pain that most people seem to make it out to be. This "negative" attitude currently seems to be paralysing governments from making any meaningful action.
I really like this second part of the message - that viewing something as a "problem" will automatically colour your thinking on it. If on the other hand you view it positively, all sorts of opportunities for improvement can evolve.
So instead of feeling powerless and negative about environmental matters, take a moment and think of what new positive steps you could take today. Do them and feel good.
