ZapCarbon further extends its role to help those suffering in fuel poverty and unhealthy homes.

In conjunction with electronics partners at TT Electronics, we are looking to develop a sensor to provide real-time feedback on the conditions within the home. This can alert residents to unhealthy levels of Humidity and/or excessive Cold. The data is also sent to a central system which automatically analyses for any unusual temperature / humidity patterns within the home.

“Thanks to this innovative service we are able to help some of our most vulnerable residents” said Emma Vinten, Energy Efficiency Manager at housing association London & Quadrant.

We look forward to bringing this service into thousands of homes, helping ever more residents live in greater comfort.
